There is no better way of finding out your own little habits than having a toddler in the house. They are little sponges soaking up every single thing you do and then repeating them for you. Apparently when my husband can’t find something, he puts his hand on his chin and says, “hmmm, let’s see”. Nicholas started doing this last week. The first time I just cracked up and called Jeremiah in the room. The next time, I pulled out the camera. It is just too cute!
Happy New Year! I can’t believe that this year is over. 2008 was such a wonderful year for me. Some of you know that 2008 was my first year in business and it was a dream come true. I have worked very hard this year but it sure has been worth it. I can’t tell you how much fun I have had meeting so many new people and helping create memories for them. I am so blessed to be doing what I love and I want to thank everyone that allowed me to be a part of their lives this year. I thought I would end the year with a very large post of my favorite images from the year. There are A LOT of them and they are not in any particular order. I had a very hard time picking the photos so I decided not to limit myself…
Happy New Year Everyone!

After a wedding or any shoot that I do, I spend a lot of time on post production of my images. Sure, I could hand them over straight out of the camera but I want my clients to have the best images possible. With that being said, it is sometimes difficult to work on photos with a 2 year old in the house. I really try to work only when he is sleeping but sometimes there is just too much work to get done and I go ahead and try to work when he is awake. Well…this is the kind of thing that happens when I do that.
Fosho: Looks like he is getting big! See you in March!
