Driving into Butler, MO the morning of Jamie and Jared’s wedding I couldn’t help but be a little nervous. In my rear view mirror all I saw were super dark ominous looking clouds. I knew Jamie’s family had been working for months to get their farm ready for a huge outdoor celebration. Susan and I arrived shot some detail shots and then the skies opened up. It rained like crazy for several hours but right before the ceremony started, the sun came out!! You can see the scary sky in the shoe picture below. Also, I made poor Susan stand behind the dress and hold it so it wouldn’t blow away. But, we got the shot
Oh and something super annoying about myself is that EVERY TIME it rains on a wedding day I sing that stupid Alanis Morissette song over and over in my head. ”It’s like rain….on your wedding day”.

BLUE SKIES!
I was trying to get the bridal party to be silly and I mentioned that I wish we had some music. Next thing I know, Jared is providing the music. Nice work Jared
The details at this wedding were amazing. So much work went into them. Jamie’s Cousin Aggie and aunt Sally helped design everything.
Jamie and Jared, thank you so much for an amazing day! Click here to see your slideshow! Enjoy!
Darbi G: Once again...amazing photos. The details are DEFINITELY drool-worthy. Andthe bride--she is sooooo gorgeous. Xoxo
Jennie: Oh my gosh...that hay bale shot is pure Missouri...love it!
Keri Doolittle Photography: Beautiful, girl!! Lovin' that shoe shot against the dark sky! The couple outside the church is pretty rad, too! Awesome job!
Sherry: Love viewing your work, Ashley. Always a super job. Your brides keep keeping prettier and prettier. You are right. Sally and Aggie did a bang up job on the decorations. Not surprised. What talent.
